TheGalleria provides many additional services to make your visit more enjoyable, productive, and efficient regardless of whether you are shopping, dining, or working.

 
 
 
 
EXPRESS Parking 
The EXPRESS Parking lots are conveniently located along Westheimer. With EXPRESS Parking you can quickly find a parking space close to your destination. There is a nominal fee for the use of these totally automated self-park facilities. Frequent visitors may purchase passes to enter and exit these lots, by-passing the automatic cashier machines. Contact the Galleria Parking office for more information on the EXPRESS Pass.
 
 
 

 
 
 
Valet Parking
Valet parking services are located in several locations throughout theGalleria. You can find the valet attendants at Neiman Marcus, Sak's 5th Ave., Nordstrom, the Main Entrance to Galleria I, Galleria III, and Galleria V.
 
 
 
 
Car Wash & Detailing Services 
ProntoWash currently operates two car detailing locations at theGalleria. They are located in the Blue and Yellow Garages. Use entrance #1 or #2 along Westheimer to reach their detail stations. The attendants will clean and polish your vehicle while you shop, dine, or work.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Battery Jump Start & Lost Vehicle Assistance 
If you need a jump-start for a stalled vehicle, or just can not remember where you parked, contact the Galleria Parking office for assistance. This service is provided at no charge to our customers, guests, and tenant employees.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Books-to-Go 
TheGalleria, through the garage parking operator Standard Parking Corporation, provides access to a large library of audio books to our monthly contract parking customers. These audio books are available at the Galleria Parking office, and may be checked-out at "no charge" by our contract parkers.
