Tenants, tenant employees (including vendors and concessionaires), and contractors of the office towers, retail stores and carts, and the hotels are subject to additional rules and regulations.  It is the responsibility of the employer and the employee to be aware of and abide by these rules and regulations. 

 

The Galleria enforces these rules and regulations through routine patrols of the garages.  Occasionally, frequent legitimate guests of the Galleria may receive a parking notice of violation.  If you are a regular guest of the Galleria, you may be asked to submit a completed parking exemption form; available from the Galleria Parking office.  This form must be completed in its entirety and turned in to the parking office, in person, with proper photo identification.  Information submitted on the form will be used to exempt your vehicle from normal parking enforcement efforts.  

 

If you have received a parking notice of violation at the Galleria, you must contact the Galleria Parking office.  Failure to contact the Galleria Parking office may result in additional enforcement actions.

 

Appeals relating to a violation that resulted in a vehicle impound (booting) must be made in writing.  No appeal for these impounds will be heard without this written statement.
