Please note:

  • You must use your access card to enter or exit the parking area.
  • Individuals that do not use the access card will not be permitted access into the parking area. To avoid ticketing or booting, you should park in one of the Express Lots when you don’t have your card and will be charged the posted rate.
  • The parking access card will only allow access to the specifically designated parking area.
  • Employees who park in visitor areas are subject to booting or towing without prior notice.
  • Do not use your access card to give access to other individuals.  Doing so will prevent you from obtaining access, and could result in your parking privileges being permanently revoked.
  • Treat your access card as you would the key to your home, and keep it with you in a safe place.
    • Your Access Card Is Your Key To The Garage

      • To park within the garage, you must use your access card.  This card will open both the entrance and exit gates.  The gates will not open automatically.
      • To use the access card, simply touch the card to the black and white “target” on the card reader.  The gate should open within a few seconds.

If you experience any problems with the access card or the gate, use the intercom to request assistance.  Galleria staff members are on-site 24 hours a day to assist you.
